Working with a programmer, Paul designed a database to manage the more than 1,500 unique stalkers that on a daily basis threatened the safety and security of studio executives, celebrities, news anchors and politicians. Paul's database was eventually adopted by the elite L.A.P.D. Threat Management Unit where it is used to this day to manage their cases.
